Som assisterende butikksjef jobber du tett med butikksjefen for å sikre god drift, gode salgsresultater og en butikk kundene trives i. Du er en aktiv del av butikkhverdagen, støtter kollegene dine og bidrar til at vi når målene våre sammen. Når butikksjefen er borte, tar du ansvar for den daglige driften.

Sentrale arbeidsoppgaver

  • Gi kundene god service og bidra til en hyggelig handleopplevelse
  • Følge opp salg, varepåfylling og kampanjer
  • Ha ansvar for utvalgte varekategorier og tilhørende rutiner
  • Bidra til god vareflyt, orden og effektiv butikkdrift
  • Veilede og motivere medarbeidere i det daglige arbeidet
  • Ta ansvar for driften i butikksjefens fravær

  • Har erfaring fra dagligvarebransjen
  • Er opptatt av salg, service og fornøyde kunder
  • Er pålitelig, ansvarsbevisst og tar initiativ
  • Jobber strukturert og følger opp oppgavene dine
  • Trives i en aktiv og til tider hektisk butikkhverdag
  • Trives med å bruke ulike datasystemer
  • Ønsker å utvikle deg som leder og bidra til at kollegene dine lykkes
