Votre mission Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un formateur horloger titulaire d’un CFC, motivé à transmettre son savoir\-faire et à accompagner des personnes dans leur parcours de formation et d’insertion professionnelle.

Au sein de notre atelier, vous serez chargé de former et d’encadrer des personnes dans les métiers de l’horlogerie, en tenant compte de leurs compétences, de leur rythme d’apprentissage et de leurs objectifs professionnels.

Vos responsabilités Former et accompagner les participants dans leurs formations respectives, CFC horloger de production, AFP opérateur en horlogerie, formation pratique et stage découverte. Organiser et adapter les exercices pratiques en fonction du niveau et des besoins de l’évolution des compétences et évaluer les progrès réalisé édaction de rapports sur l’évolutions des participants.Participer au développement des activités de l’atelier.Collaborer avec les différents départements sur des projets commun.Participer à la gestion de la production de nos montre UCS et Superkids.Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité et des procédures de travail.

Votre profil CFC d’ érience pratique dans le domaine érêt marqué pour la transmission des connaissances et la formation de jeunes et d’adultes.Patience, pédagogie et capacité à adapter votre approche aux besoins des personnes accompagné de l’organisation, autonomie et esprit d’é capacités relationnelles et goût pour le travail en équipe.
