Norlix søger erfarne forsikringsmæglere og erhvervsassurandører, der ønsker at fokusere på kunderådgivning og salg frem for mødebooking og administrative opgaver.

Du bliver en del af en ny dansk insurtech-virksomhed, hvor AI og automatisering bruges til at effektivisere forsikringsrådgivningen. Virksomhedens egne mødebookere sørger for en fyldt kalender, mens AI-værktøjer hjælper med at analysere kundernes forsikringspolicer.

Du kan arbejde fra hele Danmark og får stor frihed til at tilrettelægge dit arbejde.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

🤝 Rådgive erhvervskunder om forsikrings- og pensionsløsninger

📋 Gennemføre behovsafdækning og identificere kundernes forsikringsbehov

📅 Afholde kundemøder booket af virksomhedens egne mødebookere

🤖 Bruge AI-værktøjer til analyse af forsikringspolicer og kundedata

📈 Opbygge stærke kunderelationer og skabe nye forretninger

🎯 Sikre, at kunderne får den rette forsikringsdækning til konkurrencedygtige priser

Vi forestiller os, at du

✔ Har erfaring som erhvervsassurandør eller forsikringsmægler

✔ Har minimum en IDD 2-certificering

✔ Kan dokumentere gode salgsresultater

✔ Er dygtig til behovsafdækning og relationsopbygning

✔ Arbejder selvstændigt og trives med ansvar

✔ Foretrækker kundekontakt frem for tunge administrative processer

✔ Har lyst til at arbejde i en teknologidrevet virksomhed i vækst
