Som butikschefsaspirant i en af vores butikker i Nordsjælland får du mulighed for at komme med på en fantastisk rejse i en kæde, hvor der er højt til loftet og godt humør.

Om jobbet

Som butikschefsaspirant får du en nøglerolle i butikken og i arbejdet med at give kunderne en unik indkøbsoplevelse. Sammen med butikschefen er det din opgave at skabe solid udvikling og indtjening i butikken samt sikre engagerede medarbejdere. Vi trætter dig ikke med lange manualer og stram central styring. Til gengæld forventer vi, at du som butikschefsaspirant sammen med butikschefen tager ansvar for salg, butiksstandard og ledelse.

Vi tilrettelægger et individuelt styret udviklingsforløb skræddersyet til dig. Målet er at skabe udvikling for dig fagligt og personligt og give dig den sidste erfaring således, at du er klar til at blive butikschef i NORMAL i løbet af 4-6 måneder.

Dine ansvarsområder:

  • Sætte kunderne i fokus, så de altid føler sig velkomne og får lyst til at komme igen.
  • Motivere og coache medarbejdere i et åbent og humørfyldt miljø.
  • Sikre en høj butiksstandard med fokus på salg og indtjening.
  • Opbygge en salgsklar butik, hvor du hele tiden har fokus på inspirerende vareoplæg.
  • Nå de budgetterede mål for butikken.
  • Sikre, at butikken arbejder effektivt med driften og salget.

Dine kvalifikationer:

  • Du har erfaring fra detailhandlen og ambitioner om at blive butikschef.
  • Du har erfaring som leder.
  • Du brænder for butiksdrift, købmandskab og har kunderne i fokus.
  • Du arbejder selvstændigt, er flittig og har styr på detaljerne.
  • Du er synlig og går forrest i hverdagen – med højt humør – og kan omsætte tanke til handling.
