Do you like a workday where things move fast, expectations are clear, and everyone contributes to reaching the day's goals?

For NORMAL's warehouse in Hedensted, we are looking for reliable and motivated warehouse employees for the day shift. You don't need to be the loudest person on the team – but we do need you to show up, take responsibility and deliver a stable effort every day.

At NORMAL, you will become part of a busy warehouse where teamwork, efficiency and quality go hand in hand. You will know what is expected of you, receive feedback along the way and work towards clear daily performance targets.

What will your workday look like?

Your main tasks will include:

  • Picking and packing goods using a handheld scanner
  • Handling and moving goods throughout the warehouse
  • Operating a runner – previous experience is a strong advantage
  • Keeping a steady and efficient work pace
  • Working together with your colleagues to reach the team's daily goals

This is an active job, so you should enjoy being on the move throughout your shift.

Previous warehouse experience, particularly within picking and packing, is preferred. Experience operating a runner or similar warehouse equipment is a significant advantage.

The warehouse works with clear picking targets and performance expectations, and productivity is followed throughout the working day.

That means you should be comfortable knowing what is expected of you and motivated by reaching your targets consistently.

You don't have to be perfect on your first day. But we expect you to be engaged, listen to feedback, take responsibility for your development and work towards becoming a strong and stable member of the team.

Your working hours – Day Shift

Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 15:00

Friday: 07:00 – 14:30

Your shift includes a 20-minute paid break and a 30-minute unpaid break.
