Notre client est une société de gestion entrepreneuriale en forte croissance, spécialisée dans laccompagnement de clients privés à fort patrimoine. Elle propose une offre sur-mesure de family office sous forme de mandat ad hoc, avec un fort accent sur lingénierie patrimoniale et la structuration dactifs.

Dans le cadre de lélargissement de son offre et du renforcement de son pôle conseil, elle recrute un(e) :

Family Officer Conseil en Allocation & Ingénierie Patrimoniale

Missions principales :

  • Accompagner une clientèle UHNW dans lorganisation, la structuration et la transmission de leur patrimoine.
  • Contribuer au développement de loffre Family Office (allocation dactifs, gouvernance familiale, structuration juridique et fiscale).
  • Travailler en lien direct avec les associés et les experts internes.
  • Réaliser des audits patrimoniaux et coordonner les partenaires (fiscalistes, notaires, avocats).
  • Participer à la stratégie dévolution de loffre FO globale.

Profil recherché :

  • 3 à 10 ans dexpérience en multi-family office, banque privée ou société de gestion.
  • Solide expertise en ingénierie patrimoniale (droit, fiscalité, structuration, transmission).
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, capacité à intervenir en autonomie sur des problématiques complexes.
  • Forte sensibilité au conseil long terme, posture commerciale sans exigence dapport.
  • Personnalité agile, proactive, à laise dans des contextes exigeants.
