The posting

Nous recherchons pour une Societe de gestion independante en forte croissance sur Geneve un Junior Compliance Officer pour rejoindre ses équipes et contribuer au renforcement de son dispositif de conformité. Le poste s'inscrit dans un environnement réglementaire exigeant, propre à la gestion de fortune suisse, et offre une exposition directe aux thématiques AML/KYC, monitoring transactionnel et gouvernance réglementaire.

Le rôle

Sous la supervision du Responsable Compliance, vous prenez en charge les contrôles de conformité au quotidien : ouverture et revue périodique des dossiers clients, analyse des structures complexes, PEP et ayants droit économiques, traitement des alertes transactionnelles et suivi de la documentation cross-border. Vous participez également à la veille réglementaire, à la mise à jour des procédures internes et aux audits externes. Interlocuteur de la première ligne de défense, vous apportez conseil et soutien opérationnel dans un cadre structure.

Votre profil

Bachelor ou Master en droit, finance ou économie. Une certification en compliance ou AML constitue un atout. Vous justifiez de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une banque, d'un gestionnaire de fortune ou d'un intermédiaire financier. Français et anglais courants requis ; l'espagnol est un plus. À l'aise avec les outils de screening et de monitoring (World-Check, LexisNexis ou équivalent), vous faites preuve de rigueur analytique, d'autonomie et d'un réel sens du collectif.
