Notre client est un cabinet juridique et fiscal indépendant basé à Monaco, reconnu pour son expertise auprès d'une clientèle internationale de familles fortunées, d'entrepreneurs et de groupes multinationaux. Le cabinet propose une large gamme de services en gestion de patrimoine, droit fiscal, droit des affaires et droit social, avec une approche sur mesure et une portée internationale.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Le cabinet recherche un Juriste Fiscaliste Middle en Droit des Sociétés, spécialisé en fiscalité des entreprises, pour renforcer son équipe dédiée aux clients privés et institutionnels. Le candidat travaillera principalement avec des entreprises multinationales et des entrepreneurs sur des problématiques complexes de fiscalité et de structuration d'entreprises.

Les responsabilités incluront :

  • Conseiller sur la fiscalité des sociétés, la structuration des acquisitions et des cessions d'actifs à l'échelle nationale et internationale.
  • Gérer les restructurations d'entreprises, fusions-acquisitions, et opérations de capitalisation tout en optimisant les structures fiscales.
  • Traiter des questions fiscales transfrontalières complexes, incluant les questions de résidence fiscale des sociétés, les conventions fiscales internationales et les problématiques liées à la TVA.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques, fiscales et financières du cabinet pour proposer des solutions intégrées aux clients.
  • Gérer les audits fiscaux, les contentieux, et les dossiers litigieux fiscaux si nécessaire.
  • Assurer la conformité fiscale et le respect des obligations déclaratives des entreprises multinationales et des groupes familiaux.

EXPÉRIENCE

  • 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en droit fiscal des sociétés, idéalement acquise dans un cabinet d'avocats ou une entreprise avec une dimension internationale.
  • Expérience avérée dans le conseil auprès d'entreprises sur des problématiques fiscales complexes, notamment à l'international.
  • Une connaissance du cadre juridique monégasque et des environnements fiscaux internationaux est un plus.

COMPÉTENCES

  • Bilingue en français et en anglais ; la maîtrise d'autres langues est un plus.
  • Solides connaissances techniques en droit fiscal des sociétés, restructuration d'entreprises, et fiscalité transfrontalière.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein dune équipe dans un environnement dynamique orienté client.
  • Discrétion et professionnalisme dans le traitement de dossiers confidentiels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master en Droit avec une spécialisation en Droit Fiscal ou en Droit des Sociétés.
  • Compétences rédactionnelles solides et expérience en planification fiscale internationale.
