Notre client est un cabinet juridique et fiscal indépendant basé à Monaco, reconnu pour son expertise auprès d'une clientèle internationale de familles fortunées, d'entrepreneurs et de groupes multinationaux. Le cabinet propose une large gamme de services en gestion de patrimoine, droit fiscal, droit des affaires et droit social, avec une approche sur mesure et une portée internationale.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Le cabinet recherche un Juriste Fiscaliste Senior en Droit Patrimonial et Immobilier, spécialisé en fiscalité personnelle, afin de renforcer son équipe dédiée aux clients privés. Le candidat travaillera principalement avec des familles fortunées sur des problématiques complexes de gestion transfrontalière de patrimoine et de fiscalité personnelle, tout en veillant à la conformité et à l'optimisation des actifs familiaux.

Les responsabilités incluront :

  • Conseiller sur la gestion de patrimoine, la planification successorale, et les questions de fiscalité personnelle pour des familles fortunées.
  • Structurer les acquisitions et cessions d'actifs immobiliers, tant au niveau national qu'international.
  • Gérer la planification successorale, les transferts de patrimoine et les questions de transmission tout en optimisant les structures fiscales.
  • Traiter des questions fiscales transfrontalières complexes, y compris la fiscalité de résidence, successorale et sur la fortune.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques, fiscales et financières du cabinet pour proposer des solutions complètes et intégrées.
  • Gérer les audits fiscaux ainsi que les contentieux et dossiers litigieux, si nécessaire.
  • Assurer la conformité fiscale et les obligations déclaratives des clients fortunés et de leurs familles.

EXPÉRIENCE

  • 7 à 9 ans d'expérience en droit fiscal et en gestion de patrimoine.
  • Expérience avérée dans le conseil auprès de familles fortunées et dans la gestion de patrimoines complexes, notamment à l'international.
  • La connaissance du cadre juridique monégasque et des environnements fiscaux internationaux est un plus.
  • Une expérience au sein dun cabinet d'avocats ou dun cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans la gestion de patrimoine ou la fiscalité privée est un atout.

COMPÉTENCES

  • Bilingue en français et en anglais ; la maîtrise d'autres langues est un plus.
  • Solides connaissances techniques en droit fiscal personnel, planification successorale et gestion de patrimoine.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein dune équipe dans un environnement dynamique tourné vers les clients.
  • Discrétion et professionnalisme dans le traitement de dossiers confidentiels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master en Droit avec une spécialisation en Droit Fiscal ou en Gestion de Patrimoine.
  • Compétences rédactionnelles solides et expérience en planification fiscale internationale.
