Notre client est un cabinet juridique et fiscal indépendant basé à Monaco, reconnu pour son expertise auprès d'une clientèle internationale de familles fortunées, d'entrepreneurs et de groupes multinationaux. Le cabinet propose une large gamme de services en gestion de patrimoine, droit fiscal, droit des affaires et droit social, avec une approche sur mesure et une portée internationale.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Le cabinet recherche un Juriste Middle en Droit Social et Droit du Travail pour renforcer son équipe et intervenir sur des dossiers stratégiques relatifs à la gestion sociale et au droit du travail de grandes entreprises et de particuliers. Le poste impliquera de fournir des conseils juridiques spécialisés, des solutions en matière de droit social et de droit du travail à Monaco et en France, tout en tenant compte des dynamiques internationales.

Les responsabilités incluront :

  • Conseil juridique en matière de gestion des ressources humaines, des avantages sociaux et du droit du travail pour les grandes entreprises et les particuliers fortunés.
  • Structuration et optimisation des politiques de rémunération, des avantages sociaux et des conditions de travail.
  • Gestion des relations collectives, incluant les négociations avec les syndicats et les institutions représentatives du personnel.
  • Réalisation d'audits sociaux et de conformité pour les entreprises multinationales, en matière de droit du travail et de réglementation sociale.
  • Gestion des contentieux en droit social et en droit du travail, tant au niveau individuel que collectif.
  • Participation à des projets internationaux portant sur la gestion sociale, le droit du travail et la conformité.

EXPÉRIENCE

  • 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en droit social et en droit du travail, idéalement acquise dans un cabinet d'avocats ou au sein d'une grande entreprise avec une dimension internationale.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de dossiers complexes relatifs aux avantages sociaux, à la rémunération, aux relations collectives et au droit du travail.

COMPÉTENCES

  • Excellente maîtrise des réglementations françaises.
  • Capacité à conseiller des clients internationaux avec une forte orientation résultats.
  • Solides compétences rédactionnelles et analytiques, avec une attention au détail.
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Esprit d'équipe et leadership pour encadrer des collaborateurs juniors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master 2 en Droit Social, Droit du Travail ou équivalent.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral) nécessaire pour interagir avec une clientèle internationale.
