The posting

Notre client est une societe de gestion en forte croissance sur Geneve et elle recherche un Risk Manager pour prendre en charge la fonction risque de la société, aujourd'hui assurée en interne. Poste autonome, rattaché directement au Deputy CEO.

Le rôle

La fonction couvre l'ensemble de la matrice des risques de la société : risques opérationnels, stratégiques, réputationnels, d'investissement et financiers. Le périmètre est délibérément transversal — il s'agit d'assurer un suivi rigoureux et structuré de l'ensemble des risques, sans spécialisation sur une classe d'actifs ou un type de risque particulier. Une partie des contrôles est d'ores et déjà automatisée (Python, workflows Excel).

Profil A — Sénior, temps partiel (50%)

Professionnel en fin de carrière, avec une expérience confirmée en gestion des risques acquise en banque ou en asset management. Bonne connaissance transversale des risques en gestion d'actifs, à l'aise dans un cadre réglementaire suisse (FINMA, LSFin/LEFin). Maîtrise d'Excel ; Python est un atout. Français courant ; anglais apprécié. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui s'inscrit dans la durée, pas une mission de transition.

Profil B — Junior / mid-level, temps plein (50% risque + 50% à définir)

Une ou plusieurs expériences en gestion des risques, banque, asset management, audit ou conseil — appréciées sans être indispensables. Compréhension des grands types de risques en gestion d'actifs. Maîtrise de Python ou réelle volonté de monter en compétence pour maintenir et étendre les contrôles existants. Français et anglais courants.

La seconde moitié du poste reste ouverte et se construira autour du profil retenu : automatisation des process, projets IT, intégration de l'IA, reporting. La structure offre une vraie marge d'initiative pour la personne en poste — nous privilégions un candidat qui cherche à s'installer dans le temps.
