Je werkplek is ons kantoor in Berchem (Antwerpen). Bij Normec BTV ben jij dé belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en inspecteurs en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed georganiseerd is.

Wat houdt de job in?

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze inspecteurs efficiënt ingepland worden en onze klanten tijdig geholpen worden. Planning vormt het grootste deel van je job. Je houdt het overzicht, speelt flexibel in op veranderingen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken correct worden opgevolgd.

Je concrete takenpakket:

  • Je stelt de dagelijkse planning van onze inspecteurs op en zorgt ervoor dat hun agenda's zo efficiënt mogelijk ingevuld zijn.
  • Je plant periodieke controles tijdig in en bewaakt de jaarplanningen van onze klanten.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op lastminutewijzigingen, zoals een zieke inspecteur of een klant die een afspraak verplaatst.
  • Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail, en helpt hen vriendelijk en professioneel verder.
  • Je beheert de mailbox, beantwoordt vragen en volgt afspraken en aanvragen nauwkeurig op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze inspecteurs over de juiste informatie beschikken om hun controles vlot uit te voeren.
  • Je volgt klantendossiers administratief op en ondersteunt waar nodig bij de verwerking van verslagen en facturatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze planning en dienstverlening nog beter kunnen organiseren.

De Normec-match

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs. Een hogere opleiding mag uiteraard, maar is geen must.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in planning of administratie.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zodat de planning vlot verloopt en zowel klanten als inspecteurs op je kunnen rekenen.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren, houdt het overzicht en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert en denkt vooral in oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk. Je neemt gemakkelijk zelf de telefoon om iets af te stemmen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en leert gemakkelijk nieuwe digitale systemen aan.
  • Je hebt een proactieve ingesteldheid: je ziet werk, neemt initiatief en volgt zaken op tot ze afgerond zijn.
