Technisch en administratief ondersteunen bij een groeiende onderneming die gespecialiseerd is in de bemonstering en het analyseren van afvalwater, oppervlaktewater en open zwemwater? Start als Backoffice Medewerker bij Normec AWS.

Jouw rol

In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en administratief ondersteunen van onze organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en relaties als het gaat om de status van opdrachten, planningen, wensen en rapportages. Ook verwerk je inkooporders, stel je rapportages op en houd je de administratie op het gebied van factuurverwerking zorgvuldig bij. Daarnaast ondersteun je onze commerciële afdeling bij het opstellen van offertes.

Je krijgt bij ons een uitdagende en afwisselende rol binnen een ambitieuze organisatie met korte lijnen en een pragmatische aanpak. Bij ons geen dikke rapporten die in een la verdwijnen, maar direct slimme oplossingen doorvoeren waar we allemaal beter van worden. Samen maken we het verschil.

Wij bieden jou

  • Een bruto salaris tussen de €3.000,- en €4.000,- bij een fulltime dienstverband, afgestemd op jouw kennis en ervaring;
  • Een jaarcontract bij aanvang dienstverband met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Een collectieve Pensioenvoorziening;

  • Je bent op zoek naar een parttime uitdaging voor ten minste 24 uur per week;
  • Minimaal een afgeronde hbo opleiding, bij voorkeur met een technische richting;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook Engels;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, proactief en klantvriendelijk;
  • Een commerciële instelling.
