Norrbottens Kommuner söker en processledare som driver arbetet framåt tillsammans med länets kommuner och Region Norrbotten. Om uppdraget Du samordnar länets 14 kommuners förberedelser för en mer sammanhållen vård och stöd till personer med skadligt bruk eller beroende och andra psykiatriska tillstånd. Du arbetar nära kollegor inom Norrbottens Kommuner, kommunerna och Region Norrbotten, med individens behov och brukarorganisationernas och civilsamhällets perspektiv som utgångspunkt. Dina arbetsuppgifter · Planera, driva och följa upp kommunernas gemensamma förberedelser och dialoger. · Analysera underlag och stödja gemensamma prioriteringar, arbetssätt och överenskommelser. · Leda möten och workshoppar, ta fram beslutsunderlag och dokumentera resultat och vägval. · Identifiera kompetensbehov och stödja lärande, erfarenhetsutbyte och brukarinflytande. Vi söker dig som har · Relevant högskoleutbildning · Erfarenhet av process-, projekt- eller förändringsledning med flera aktörer. · Kunskap om socialtjänstens och hälso- och sjukvårdens uppdrag. · Förmåga att omsätta analyser i konkreta aktiviteter och kommunicera tydligt i tal och skrift. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Anställningsvillkor och ansökan Tillsättning förutsätter beviljade nationella medel. Anställning: Tidsbegränsad, 100 procent, 2027-01-01–2027-12-31. Placering: Luleå, med möjlighet till distansarbete del av tiden. Resor: Inom länet och vid enstaka tillfällen nationellt. Tillhörighet: Norrbottens Kommuner, Avdelningen Social välfärd.
