É importante ter sensibilidade para compreender as necessidades de pais e responsáveis, apresentar produtos adequados a cada ocasião e oferecer uma experiência de compra acolhedora, sem perder o foco comercial. Procuramos alguém que tenha iniciativa para abordar clientes, habilidade para negociar, persistência diante de objeções e organização para manter a loja bem apresentada, mesmo em momentos de maior movimento.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Recepcionar e abordar clientes de maneira cordial, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo atendimento personalizado.
  • Identificar preferências, faixas etárias, tamanhos, ocasiões de uso e expectativas dos clientes para recomendar produtos adequados.
  • Apresentar roupas, calçados e demais produtos disponíveis, destacando características, qualidade, diferenciais e possibilidades de combinação.
  • Realizar vendas consultivas, negociar condições comerciais dentro das políticas estabelecidas e conduzir o atendimento até o fechamento da compra.
  • Desenvolver vendas complementares, apresentando produtos que agreguem valor à compra e contribuam para o aumento do ticket médio.
  • Acompanhar clientes durante o processo de compra, esclarecer dúvidas, contornar objeções e fortalecer o relacionamento para favorecer a fidelização.
  • Organizar a exposição dos produtos, manter vitrines, araras e prateleiras atrativas e acompanhar a reposição e organização das mercadorias.
  • Acompanhar os resultados individuais e as metas comerciais, mantendo atenção à qualidade do atendimento e aos indicadores de vendas.

REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS

  • Experiência anterior como vendedor(a), consultor(a) de vendas ou atendente de loja.
  • Disponibilidade de horário para atuar em um dos turnos informados, incluindo finais de semana e domingos conforme escala.

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL

  • Vivência no comércio varejista de roupas, calçados ou acessórios.
  • Conhecimento sobre moda infantil, moda teen, tamanhos e combinações de peças.

ESCALA DE TRABALHO

  • Jornada de 6 horas diárias, em escala de revezamento.
  • 1º turno: 09h40 às 16h00.
  • 2º turno: 15h40 às 22h00.
  • Folgas: escala rotativa, podendo ocorrer durante a semana ou aos domingos.
  • Disponibilidade para horário de shopping.
