In unserem Café - Bistro halten wir mit 200 Sitzplätzen von 09.00 - 18.00 Uhr für unsere KundInnen ein Speiseangebot bereit, um sie auch kulinarisch zu jeder Tageszeit bedienen und begeistern zu können.

Für unser Frühstücksangebot, die wechselnden Tagesmenüs und das Kuchenbuffet verarbeitet unser Team sowohl Frischwaren als auch garfertige Produkte und zubereitungsfertige Teilgerichte.

Als Teamleitung übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Abläufe zur Erreichung der optimalen Gästezufriedenheit
  • Einhaltung und Gewährleistung unserer Qualitätsstandards und Anforderungen
  • Menüplanung, Wareneinkauf und Zubereitung der Speisen
  • Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse, Abläufe und Zusammenarbeit
  • Umsetzung aller HACCP - Vorgaben
