Looking for a career change? Have you worked in a call center previously? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Call Center Sales Team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. Our team enjoys training programs, a fantastic culture and opportunities for advancement, which are company-wide focuses to help you grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities Include but aren't limited to:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
  • Fully monitor and manage AI tool for BDC dashboards
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Office duties including filing, organizing documents and copies

Qualifications

  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
  • Previous experience with AI software of some capacity
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
