– Creating and maintaining CLIA‑compliant bioinformatics pipelines for processing WGS/NGS datasets used in epidemiological investigations.

– Collaborating with laboratory leadership and unit managers to lead cross‑cutting method development and integration of new sequencing approaches.

– Providing professional and technical direction for quality‑assurance practices, workflow maintenance, and problem‑resolution activities related to bioinformatics processes.

– Preparing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for bioinformatics methods used in laboratory operations.

– Leading staff training on bioinformatics tools, workflows, and analytical techniques within the Infectious Diseases Unit.

– Serving as a co‑training lead for the Mid‑Atlantic Region by developing, delivering, and documenting bioinformatics training and reporting on associated grant deliverables.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
