About NorthBridge Partners

NorthBridge Partners, LLC, founded in 2014, is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager specializing in last-mile logistics properties, acquiring, repositioning, and developing strategically located industrial real estate assets in major markets. NorthBridge has approximately $3 billion in assets under management.

NorthBridge Partners is seeking an initiative-taking, results-driven Property Manager to manage a portfolio of small bay industrial properties in the Southeast Florida.

This role is responsible for executing all obligations under the property management agreements while proactively enhancing asset value through disciplined operations, strong financial oversight, and high-quality communication. The Property Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strict alignment with company policies, approval frameworks, and reporting expectations. This position is based in our Fort Lauderdale office.

Demonstrated experience managing commercial/industrial real estate assets is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of assigned industrial properties, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with ownership objectives
  • Monitor rent collections and coordinate default proceedings in partnership with legal and asset management teams
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable codes, regulations, and governmental directives
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; track and explain variances; oversee CAM reconciliations and recovery processes
  • Lead a comprehensive property inspection program, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections in coordination with facilities management
  • Manage vendor procurement processes, including bidding, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance oversight to ensure cost efficiency and service quality
  • Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects to ensure timely, accurate execution
  • Partner closely with leasing, accounting, and asset management teams to support leasing activity, including lease abstracting and system updates (Yardi)
  • Provide leadership and oversight to property staff and third-party vendors, ensuring accountability and performance standards are met
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants, vendors, third party leasing brokers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure proper care, security, and stewardship of company assets, including vehicles, access credentials, and property-related resources
  • Regularly travel to assigned properties within the region

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial/industrial real estate assets
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines consistently, and follow through without close supervision
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive situations and representing the firm externally
  • Ability to operate within defined authority levels, exercising appropriate discretion and escalating matters when required
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage constructively and professionally across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including both direct reports and third-party vendors
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial leases and vendor contracts
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management systems

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial property management experience; industrial asset experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing multi-property portfolios across multiple jurisdictions is a plus

Additional Expectations

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with company standards and leadership direction
  • Commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and disciplined execution in all aspects of the role
  • Willingness to be present in the local market and actively engaged with the portfolio and tenant base

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
