Your mission

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Netzwerk- und IT-Performance

  • Schnelle und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung von Kundenaufträgen;
  • Second- und Third-Level-Support für Netzwerke und Netzwerksicherheit beim Kunden vor Ort;
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Kapazitätsplanung sowie Projektplanung und -umsetzung;
  • Change-, Incident- und Problem-Management;
  • Wartung des internen Netzwerks und der internen Systeme;
  • Alters- und technologiebedingter Austausch von Systemen und Infrastrukturen;
  • Überwachung, Ausbau und Optimierung der Systemlandschaften einschließlich Dokumentation;
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung interner Systeme;
  • Erweiterung und Pflege der Azure-AD- sowie der internen Active-Directory-Infrastruktur;
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und -kontrolle (projektbezogen);
  • Sicherstellung, dass Arbeiten korrekt, termingerecht und gemäß den geltenden Prozessen und Verfahren durchgeführt werden.

Sicherheit und Compliance

  • Schutz der zugrunde liegenden Netzwerkinfrastruktur vor unbefugtem Zugriff, Missbrauch, Fehlfunktionen und unautorisierten Änderungen;
  • Analyse, Beratung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Sicherheitsprojekte;
  • Durchführung von Penetrationstests und Schwachstellenanalysen;
  • Meldung von Sicherheitsvorfällen und Phishing-Angriffen;
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits.

Wissensmanagement

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Dokumentationsplattformen für die Systemlandschaften;
  • Planung und Einrichtung von Administrations- und Dokumentationssystemen im Rahmen von Zertifizierungsanforderungen.

Your profile

Anforderungen:

  • Bachelorabschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet bzw. vergleichbares Ausbildungs- und Wissensniveau;
  • Mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke und IT-Sicherheit;
  • Affinität zur Rechenzentrums- und IT-Branche;
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten;
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Hands-on-Mentalität und Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge;
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch;
  • Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, Probleme zu analysieren, Entscheidungen zu treffen und deren Umsetzung zu steuern;
  • Eigeninitiative, Gestaltungswille sowie gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
