Automotive Service Technician

We have built innovative processes for mobile service, pick up and delivery, and labor time documentation that help our technicians earn more hours. If you are tired of inexperienced warranty admins or advisors who cannot secure your time and upsell properly, it may be time for a change.

We are seeking an experienced Ford Technician to join our high demand, community driven dealership. We actively advertise across digital, social, and television, which keeps the work flowing and our shop busy.

Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately document labor times and repair procedures
  • Maintain efficiency and productivity goals
  • Collaborate with service advisors and warranty administrators
  • Ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly the first time
  • Participate in ongoing Ford training as needed

Automotive Service Technician Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to meet productivity and efficiency standards
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork
  • Ford certifications preferred but not required
