The Marketing Manager leads the execution of integrated marketing efforts that strengthen the NorthLakes brand, support our clinics and providers, and help drive access to care.
This position manages and executes marketing across digital, social, web, photography, video, graphic design, and print. The Marketing Manager oversees paid and organic campaigns, website content and SEO, online directories, and day-to-day project management while ensuring marketing materials are consistent with the NorthLakes brand. The role works closely with the marketing team and other departments to support organizational priorities and connect patients and communities with NorthLakes services.
Essential Job Functions
Essential Job Duties:
- Execute paid marketing strategies that drive access to care at NorthLakes.
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns.
- Serve as lead photographer and videographer.
- Manage the website SEO best practices to optimize on-page content.
- Collaborate on Google strategies and online maps and digital directories.
- Manage day-to-day project management logistics in Monday.com
- Design visually engaging graphics and assets for the website, social media, and print marketing materials.
- Work with the team review all publications, signage, and materials for consistency and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall operations.
- Manages staff to include hiring, training, coaching and development of team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum of five years of years relevant communication and marketing experience required.
- Understanding of health communications principles with excellent writing skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a solid grasp of effective graphic design principles.
- Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and functionalities.
