The posting

We are looking for a talented Event Coordinator to facilitate the coordination of our Events with our Events Team at (Sandman Abbotsford).   As an Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to help develop and mentor your team, uphold standards for your department and have a direct impact on the success of the location. Attention to detail Professional presentation & appearance standards Remains calm under pressure High level organization & planning Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams & Outlook Excellent communication skills- written & verbal Ability to stand for long periods of time; bending, and lifting up to 50lbs Positive attitude, and ability to uplift your team Strong leadership skills Flexible availability Ability to speak French considered an asset
