Rückstellungen, die geschätzt - und manchmal vergessen - werden. Intercompany-Abstimmungen, die nie auf Anhieb aufgehen. Anomalien in den Buchungen, die man nur findet, wenn man zufällig hinschaut.Bei uns drehst du das umEgal ob du aus dem Controlling oder dem Accounting kommst: Du nimmst dein Wissen mit und baust mit uns agentische Systeme, die genau diese Arbeit für unsere Kund_innen übernehmen. Du bringst sie bei Industrieunternehmen live, bringst ihnen bei, wie Controlling und Buchhaltung wirklich funktionieren, und sorgst dafür, dass sie im Alltag laufen.Das ist keine klassische Customer-Success-Rolle. Keine Tickets, keine NPS-Umfragen, keine Folien ohne Zahlen dahinter. Du bist die Finance-Expert_in im Raum - die Person, der der CFO glaubt.Warum diese Rolle * Du baust, statt abzuarbeiten. Die Prozesse, die du jahrelang selbst gemacht hast, verwandelst du jetzt in Agents, die sie für andere erledigen. * Du siehst mehr als in jedem Finance-Job. Rund ein Dutzend Industriekund_innen sind live - von Stahl über Lebensmittel bis Logistik. Du siehst in einem Jahr das Controlling und Accounting von mehr Unternehmen von innen als die meisten in ihrer ganzen Karriere. * Finance + AI ist das Skillset der nächsten Jahre. Jede Finanzabteilung wird es brauchen. Du baust es dir hier im Job auf - nicht in einem Online-Kurs.Was du machst * Agents bauen: Gemeinsam mit unserem Engineering übersetzt du Finance-Prozesse in agentische Workflows - Abweichungsanalysen, Rückstellungs-Checks, Intercompany-Abstimmung, Anomalie-Erkennung in Buchungen. * Onboarding: Du bindest mit der Kunden-IT die Daten an und mappst Kontenpläne, Kostenstellen, Gesellschaften und Materialstrukturen. * Go-Live: Du schulst die Teams und begleitest die ersten Monatsabschlüsse mit Northscope. * Qualität: Du prüfst, was unsere Agents liefern, mit dem Blick einer Controllerin bzw. eines Buchhalters - und baust Testfälle, damit sie besser werden. * Wachstum: Du erkennst, wo ein/e Kund:in mehr braucht - Accounting, weitere Gesellschaften, mehr Nutzer_innen - und machst daraus Ausbau. * Demos und Pilots: Du bist die fachliche Stimme, wenn neue Kunden überzeugt werden wollen.Deine ersten 90 Tage * Alle Bestandskund_innen kennenlernen, Nutzung und Ausbaupotenzial je Kunde dokumentieren * Deinen ersten agentischen Workflow für einen Kund_innen mitbauen und live bringen * Onboarding-Playbook v1: Checkliste Datenanbindung, Mapping-Vorlagen, Go-Live-Plan * Mindestens 2 laufende Pilots fachlich übernehmenDas bringst du mit * mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder Accounting - im Industrieunternehmen, bei einer Big4 oder in der Beratung * Fundiertes Know-how in Kostenrechnung und Abweichungsanalyse und/oder im Abschluss (UGB/IFRS, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen, Intercompany) * ERP-Erfahrung, idealerweise SAP FI/CO oder Microsoft Dynamics * Excel auf Expertenniveau; SQL-Kenntnisse oder Lust, sie zu lernen * Neugier auf AI - du hast schon mit ChatGPT, Copilot oder Ähnlichem herumprobiert und willst mehr * Du sprichst mit CFOs auf Augenhöhe und erklärst komplexe Zahlen einfach * Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sehr gutes EnglischEhrlich gesagt: Das ist nichts für dich, wenn ... * du aus Support oder Ticket-Bearbeitung kommst und selbst nie im Controlling oder Accounting gearbeitet hast * du lieber Beziehungen pflegst, als in die Daten zu gehen * du als Berater_in Folien lieferst, aber keine Zahlen anfasstSo läuft der Prozess * 15 Minuten Intro mit Ben * 30 Minuten Gespräch mit Flo * Case: Du bekommst anonymisierte Finanzdaten, machst eine Analyse und präsentierst sie einem "CFO" (45 Minuten) * Gespräch mit Miro und unserem Engineering * ReferenzenBewerbungKein Anschreiben.
