Ieškome motyvuoto (-os) jaunesniojo biotechnologo (-ės), norinčio (-ios) augti kartu su mumis ir prisidėti prie gryninimo (downstream) komandos darbo, kuriant genų terapijos produktų ir rekombinantinių baltymų gryninimo procesus. Mums svarbu ne tik tai, ką moki, bet ir kaip dirbi – vertiname kruopštumą, atsakingumą ir norą tobulėti kartu su komanda. Jei tai apie tave ir turi atitinkamos ar susijusios patirties, kandidatuok!

Darbo pobūdis:

  • Naujų DNR, rekombinantinių baltymų ir virusinių vektorių gryninimo procesų kūrimas ir perkėlimas į gamybą.
  • Baltymų, plazmidžių ir genų terapijos produktų pirminis išskyrimas bei gryninimas naudojant chromatografines sistemas ir kolonas.
  • Įvairūs filtravimo procesai: giluminis filtravimas (depth filtration), membraninis filtravimas, tangentinis srauto filtravimas (TFF) ir virusų filtravimas.
  • Gryninimo procesų charakterizavimas.
  • Darbas pagal GLP/GMP reikalavimus ir standartines darbo procedūras (SOP).

Tikimės, kad tu:

  • Turi aukštąjį universitetinį išsilavinimą chemijos, biochemijos, biologijos, biotechnologijų ar susijusioje srityje.
  • Esi susipažinęs (-usi) su chromatografijos pagrindais.
  • Turi darbo laboratorijoje patirties – taip pat laukiame neseniai studijas baigusių kandidatų ir kandidatų, pradedančių karjerą biotechnologijų srityje.
  • Esi darbštus (-i), atsakingas (-a) ir motyvuotas (-a) tobulėti.
  • Gebi dirbti komandoje ir lanksčiai prisitaikyti prie pamaininio darbo grafiko (rytinių, vakarinių ir naktinių pamainų).
  • Gerai moki anglų kalbą raštu ir žodžiu bei gebi dirbti kompiuteriu.

Privalumas:

  • Patirtis ir žinios rekombinantinių baltymų, virusinių vektorių ar plazmidžių gryninimo srityje arba kita aktuali laboratorinio darbo patirtis.
  • GMP / GLP reikalavimų išmanymas.
