The posting

Lakefront Capital is seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Financial Advisor who wants to build a comprehensive financial planning practice with the support of an experienced team and a defined pathway toward ownership.

This role offers the autonomy to develop your own practice while working closely with Lakefront Capital's partners. You will gain direct experience delivering comprehensive financial plans and implementing investment, insurance, and fee-based planning strategies.

Job description

- Partner with experienced advisors in joint client meetings and planning opportunities.

- Develop and manage your own book of clients.

- Serve and cultivate relationships with existing Lakefront Capital clients.

- Build new relationships through our proven introduction-based business development process.

- Plan educational seminars designed to reach strategic target markets.

- Create comprehensive financial plans and help clients act on their recommendations.

- Build strong community relationships with business owners, accountants, attorneys, and other professionals.

Compensation & Benefits

A base salary and draw structure that provides support while you build your practice. Commission opportunities based on fee-based planning revenue and insurance production. Wealth management fee revenue, including applicable overrides. Immediate ownership of the individual wealth management book you build and an agreed-upon book buyout arrangement.
