Tillsammans med Vinnova har NorthX också uppdraget att etablera en innovationshub för att stärka Sverige inom utveckling och produktion av avancerade läkemedel. För mer information: www.nxbio.com Om rollen Du ser till att produktionsutrustning och media (utilities) fungerar enligt specifikation och finns tillgängliga när verksamheten behöver dem. Arbetet är både praktiskt och administrativt, och du samarbetar tätt med produktionen, andra avdelningar och externa leverantörer. Resor i tjänst kan förekomma. Tjänsten tillsätts inför en pensionsavgång. Du får därför en ordentlig introduktion och arbetar en tid tillsammans med en erfaren kollega, som lämnar över kunskap om anläggningen, dess historik och leverantörerna. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Planera och schemalägga underhåll, reparationer och inspektioner, och hålla underhållssystemet uppdaterat

Felsöka och åtgärda tekniska problem, analysera orsaker till haverier och föreslå förbättringar som minskar driftstoppen

Utvärdera ny teknik och modernisera befintlig utrustning med hänsyn till livscykelkostnad (LCC)

Kravställa utrustning (URS) och driva validerings- och förbättringsprojekt med stöd

Hantera avvikelser, CAPA och ändringsärenden (CC) för mediaproduktion och ventilation

Anlita och samordna leverantörer, utbilda personal i hur utrustningen används och sköts, och delta vid inspektioner och revisioner

Vi söker dig som

Har en eftergymnasial ingenjörsutbildning, t.ex. från YH, eller motsvarande

Har minst 3 års erfarenhet av underhållsarbete inom processindustri eller läkemedelstillverkning

Har erfarenhet av teknisk felsökning och problemlösning på industriell utrustning

Talar och skriver flytande svenska och har goda engelska kunskaper

Är van vid MS Office-paket

Det är meriterande om du har

Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom maskinteknik, processteknik, bioteknik eller liknande

Erfarenhet av GMP eller läkemedelstillverkning, validering (IQ/OQ/PQ) och avvikelsehantering eller CAPA

Arbetat med underhållssystem (CMMS), datoriserade styrsystem eller övervakningssystem som Vaisala

Erfarenhet av LCC-analys och av att driva tekniska projekt

Utbildning i systematiskt brandskyddsarbete (SBA)

Körkort B

Som person Du är självgående men trivs lika bra i team. Du är praktisk och kan skruva själv, samtidigt som du är noggrann och strukturerad med dokumentation och planering. Du angriper problem analytiskt, både praktiskt och teoretiskt, och är prestigelös och nyfiken på att lära dig av andra.
