Bij NOSUCH zoeken we een medior MarCom-professional die namens ons aan de slag gaat met onze klanten. Soms stap je in bij een organisatie waar een campagne live moet. Soms help je een communicatieteam dat tijdelijk extra capaciteit nodig heeft. En soms ben jij degene die zorgt dat alle betrokkenen dezelfde kant op bewegen.

Je werkt op projectbasis vanuit NOSUCH. Vanuit Rotterdam, op locatie bij de klant of hybride afhankelijk van de opdracht. Altijd met een duidelijke opdracht, een concreet doel en een team achter je.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent onderdeel van NOSUCH een team van marketing-, communicatie- en projectprofessionals die organisaties tijdelijk extra energie geven wanneer projecten daarom vragen.

Bij een creatief bureau dat gelooft dat de beste resultaten ontstaan als mensen verantwoordelijkheid krijgen én elkaar versterken.

Wat je doet

Iedere opdracht is anders, maar je kunt denken aan:

  • Je ontwikkelt en realiseert marketing- en communicatieplannen.
  • Je coördineert campagnes van briefing tot livegang.
  • Je brengt structuur aan in projecten en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en voortgang.
  • Je schakelt dagelijks met interne stakeholders, bureaus en leveranciers.
  • Je schrijft of coördineert content voor verschillende communicatiekanalen.
  • Je helpt organisaties om campagnes en communicatie slimmer en effectiever in te richten.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden en houdt projecten in beweging.
  • Je denkt mee over de klantreis, activaties en de beste manier om doelgroepen te bereiken.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat en wacht niet af tot iemand anders het oplost.

De ene opdracht is vooral uitvoerend. De andere vraagt juist om advies en regie. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze rol interessant en jou enthousiast.

Wat we zoeken

Je hoeft niet overal expert in te zijn. Wel zoeken we iemand die zelfstandig werkt, snel overzicht creëert en energie krijgt van samenwerken.

Je hebt:

  • Ongeveer drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in marketing, communicatie of campagnemanagement.
  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring met het organiseren en begeleiden van marketing- of communicatieprojecten.
  • Affiniteit met content, campagnes en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Een vlotte pen en gevoel voor communicatie.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

En misschien nog wel belangrijker:

  • Je houdt overzicht, ook als meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende mensen en niveaus binnen een organisatie.
  • Je bent proactief en ziet werk liggen voordat iemand erom vraagt.
  • Je denkt niet alleen mee, maar zorgt vooral dat het ook gebeurt.
  • Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar geen opdracht hetzelfde is.
