Deliver outstanding customer service to customers at the counter, by phone and email. Listen to customer needs, ask the right questions, and help identify the right product or solution for their application. Learn to identify, cross-reference, and recommend parts, hoses, fittings, adapters, and other technical products. Enter orders, process invoices and customer payments, and troubleshoot order issues. Assist customers with will-call orders, paperwork, part pulling, and packaging as needed. Learn to fabricate hose assemblies to meet customer requirements. Use online catalogs, product resources, and other tools to research products and find solutions. Help troubleshoot application issues and provide product recommendations. Customer service experience in a retail, business-to-business, automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment is preferred.
