Lamineries MATTHEY est une entreprise du groupe Notz Metall AG et est située à La Neuveville (BE). Elle se profile incontestablement, depuis 125 ans, comme l'un des leaders mondiaux dans le domaine métallurgique du laminage à froid de haute précision.

Nous produisons des feuillards métalliques de précision sur mesure dans une large gamme d'alliages pour des clients dans le monde entier, actifs dans les secteurs exigeants comme la haute horlogerie, la connectique de pointe, l'automobile, l'aéronautique ou la mécanique de précision.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre département Expédition \& Stock nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e :

Opérateur de production et logistique

Vos tâches :

  • Préparer et réaliser l'emballage et le conditionnement des produits destinés à l'expédition.
  • Réaliser le redressage, la coupe en plaques et l'enroulage de bandes en métaux ferreux et non ferreux.
  • Charger et décharger la matière à l'aide des équipements appropriés. Assurer l'identification et la traçabilité des rouleaux conformément aux directives qualité.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue en proposant des idées visant à améliorer la sécurité, la qualité et la productivité.
  • Remplacement ponctuel du contre\-maître expédition.

Votre profil :

  • Formation logisticien et/ou une expérience dans un environnement industriel.
  • Une bonne aptitude à la conduite de machines de production.
  • Permis cariste
  • Langue maternelle française ou niveau C1 (parlé et écrit); la connaissance de l'allemand constitue un atout
  • Solide connaissance et expérience pratique dans l'utilisation des systèmes ERP et MS Office.
  • Sensibilité au contrôle qualité et à l'auto\-contrôle.
  • Polyvalence et la volonté d'apprendre à conduire différents équipements.
  • Une personne fiable, autonome et précise.
