Onze partner is een kleinschalig studiebureau voor stabiliteit en speciale gebouwtechnieken te Kortenberg. Hun activiteiten bevinden zich hoofdzakelijk in de regio's Leuven, Brussel en Antwerpen en variëren van kleine tot grote nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten zoals residenties, cultuurcentra, scholen, kantoorgebouwen en nog veel meer. Flexibiliteit, engagement en kwaliteit zijn de belangrijkste kernwaarden die ze als rode draad doorheen al hun opdrachten meedragen. Omwille van hun sterke positieve groei zijn wij bijgevolg op zoek naar een Projectingenieur Gebouwtechnieken!

In deze boeiende rol zal jij:

  • grotere en complexe projecten vanaf conceptfase tot en met oplevering beheren waardoor jij als primair aanspreekpunt fungeert voor jouw specialisatie, zijnde technieken
  • overleggen met en technisch advies geven aan de opdrachtgevers en architecten om een concept en aanbestedingsdossier uit te werken dat voldoet aan hun eisen
  • na goedkeuring de verschillende gebouwinstallaties m.b.t. HVAC, sanitair en elektriciteit in detail berekenen, ontwerpen en dimensioneren
  • deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen ter controle en opvolging van de werken
  • gedurende heel het proces nauw samenwerken met het projectteam bestaande uit collega-Projectingenieurs, architecten, EPB-adviseurs, enzovoort
  • Je bent Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur van opleiding
  • Je beschikt reeds over een eerste relevante werkervaring
  • Je bent flexibel, kritisch en denkt proactief mee in het hele proces om het project als team succesvol af te ronden
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands (kennis Frans is een plus)
  • Je bent bereid om je af en toe te verplaatsen naar werven regio Leuven - Brussel - Antwerpen, en krijgt hiervoor flexibele werkuren en de mogelijkheid om één dag per week thuis te werken voor in return
