The posting

Onze klant is wereldleider in de ontwikkeling en productie van innovatieve energie- en industriële oplossingen, waaronder warmtewisselaars, waterstoftechnologie en andere toepassingen. Voor hun headquarters in Lummen, waar zowel R&D, engineering als productie onder één dak zitten, zoeken we een hands-on Workshop Supervisor prototypes en kleine series.

Jouw belangrijkste taken in deze rol zijn:

  • Ervoor zorgen dat de techniekers werken volgens de meest recente werkmethodes, productietekeningen en procedures zodat de veiligheid en kwaliteit binnen de werkplaats gewaarborgd wordt.
  • Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en het oplossen van operationele problemen om doelstellingen en levertermijnen te behalen.
  • Beheren van productie- en materiaalregistraties in het ERP-systeem.
  • Leidinggeven, coachen en ontwikkelen van het team van lassers en assemblagetechniekers.
  • Verzorgen van een vlotte communicatie en samenwerking met andere afdelingen en rapporteren aan de Operations Manager.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer sterke en uitgebreide technische kennis en kan technische tekeningen/specificaties vertalen naar praktische handelingen.
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, of klaar om door te groeien naar deze functie op basis van relevante ervaring en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Je houdt ervan om dicht bij de praktijk te staan en zelf mee de schouders onder het werk te zetten.
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor beslissingen en acties.
  • Je reageert onmiddellijk om problemen onder controle te krijgen en zoekt proactief naar verbeteringen.
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig
