  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Create compelling content (photos, videos, graphics, stories, reels) and monitor trends, engaging with the online community.
  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in the home decor, lifestyle, and interior design space.
  • Negotiate and manage collaborations with KOLs, tracking performance to optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Plan and execute engaging livestream sessions (e.g., on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live) to showcase products and drive immediate sales.
  • Coordinate logistics and integrate livestream initiatives with sales teams.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing calendar, brainstorming and developing creative campaign ideas.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral (digital ads, website banners, in-store materials) and support integrated campaign execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing activities, including social media metrics, campaign ROI, and sales conversion rates.
  • Utilize data insights to identify improvements and optimize future strategies.
  • To ensure consistent brand messaging and effective product promotion.
  • Liaise with external vendors as needed.

Requirement

  • 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the retail or furniture industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, and livestreaming.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly creative with an eye for aesthetics and design, especially relevant to furniture and home decor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with relevant marketing tools and software (e.g., social media management platforms, content creation tools like Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
