  • Realizar visitas aos clientes inadimplentes para negociar a quitação de débitos
  • Identificar possíveis acordos de pagamento e propor soluções viáveis para ambas as partes
  • Manter contato com a equipe interna para atualizar o status das negociações
  • Atuar de forma ética e respeitosa, seguindo as políticas da empresa e legislação vigente
  • Buscar constantemente a melhoria dos processos de cobrança, visando a otimização dos resultados
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações para aprimorar suas habilidades de negociação e comunicação
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as melhores práticas do mercado de cobrança
