The posting

Voor een innovatief technologiebedrijf in Oostkamp zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Procesingenieur die graag dicht bij de productie staat en mee wil werken aan het verbeteren van processen.

Jouw functie

Na een uitgebreide interne opleiding word je verantwoordelijk voor de opstart van nieuwe producten en de verdere optimalisatie van productieprocessen.

  • Je bepaalt de verschillende productiestappen en productietijden en verwerkt deze in het ERP-systeem (SAP).
  • Je specificeert basismaterialen en werkt onder andere laserdelen en zaagmaten uit.
  • Je volgt kritische productiestappen op.
  • Je werkt de nodige tooling uit, documenteert deze en zorgt voor de aankoop ervan.
  • Je documenteert specifieke productiestappen.
  • Je volgt de onderhoudsplannen op en helpt deze verder te digitaliseren.
  • Je analyseert bestaande werkmethodes en productieprocessen en stelt verbeteringen voor.
  • Je bekijkt en optimaliseert meetmethodes en helpt deze digitaliseren.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsstatistieken op en werkt verbetervoorstellen uit.
  • Je volgt de 5S-methodiek op en helpt deze verder uitbouwen.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht collega's op technisch vlak.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of Master in Mechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring in mechanica, elektromechanica, ontwerp- en productietechnologie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt interesse in metaalbewerking, CNC-productie en de verdere afwerking in de lakafdeling.
  • Je hebt interesse in 3D-modellen, CAD en technische uitwerking.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil het ERP-systeem SAP onder de knie krijgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel arbeiders als ingenieurs.
