Conferir as mercadorias recebidas e expedidas, comparando com as notas fiscais, pedidos de venda ou carga, garantindo que as quantidades e descrições estejam corretas.

Inspecionar a integridade das mercadorias, verificando possíveis avarias ou danos antes do armazenamento ou envio.

Auxiliar fisicamente no manuseio da carga e descarga, garantindo um trabalho em equipe que seja colaborativo e contribua para a eficiência do processo logístico.

Realizar a organização das mercadorias no armazém, garantindo o armazenamento adequado de acordo com os critérios de segurança e layout do estoque.

Registrar as movimentações de estoque, incluindo entradas e saídas de mercadorias, utilizando sistemas de gestão (WMS, ERP).

Identificar e reportar divergências entre as mercadorias e os documentos fiscais (faltas, excessos ou avarias), realizando as devidas correções ou ajustes.

Emitir relatórios sobre o status da conferência e o controle de estoque para a gestão e outras áreas envolvidas.

Auxiliar na separação de produtos para expedição, garantindo a exatidão das ordens de envio.

Manter o controle de prazos e garantir que as mercadorias sejam expedidas dentro do cronograma estabelecido.

Garantir a aplicação das normas de segurança do trabalho durante todas as etapas do processo de conferência e movimentação de cargas.

Ajudar no processo de inventário, realizando contagens periódicas de estoque e reconciliação de dados.

Trabalhar em conjunto com motoristas, operadores de empilhadeira e equipe de expedição para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega e a correta distribuição das cargas.
