Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager at Nova Wellness TCM & Beauty is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and promote the company’s wellness, beauty, massage, facial, and TCM services. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating digital campaigns, and promoting services such as aromatherapy massage, facial treatments, IPL hair removal, Head Spa, and TCM wellness therapies. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, managing online advertisements, monitoring website and social media performance, analysing customer engagement, and identifying digital trends and marketing opportunities. The manager also supports promotional campaigns, online booking initiatives, customer engagement, and brand positioning. Working closely with management and service teams, the role aims to strengthen online visibility, generate qualified leads, improve customer retention, and achieve sustainable business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Specific Responsibilities 1. The Trainee will develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, expand online reach, and attract prospective clients to Nova Wellness TCM & Beauty.

2. The Trainee will manage the company’s social media platforms by planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that effectively promotes wellness, beauty, massage, facial, IPL, Head Spa, and TCM services.

3. The Trainee will develop structured content calendars aligned with promotional objectives, seasonal campaigns, customer interests, and the company’s overall brand positioning.

4. The Trainee will coordinate and optimise digital advertising campaigns across relevant online platforms to generate qualified leads, increase enquiries, and support customer acquisition objectives.

5. The Trainee will monitor website, social media, and digital campaign performance using relevant analytics to evaluate audience engagement, conversion trends, reach, and marketing effectiveness.

6. The Trainee will conduct digital market and competitor analysis to identify emerging online trends, customer preferences, promotional opportunities, and strategies for strengthening the company’s competitive position.

7. The Trainee will support online booking initiatives and customer engagement activities by developing targeted digital promotions designed to increase service utilisation, repeat visits, and customer retention.

8. The Trainee will collaborate with management and service teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives, enhance brand visibility, generate sustainable growth, and improve overall marketing performance.
