O Inspetor de Conservação III tem como missão, independentemente da complexidade, inspecionar, acompanhar e fiscalizar as atividades relacionadas à conservação e manutenção da rodovia, executadas por equipes próprias ou empresas contratadas, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços, o cumprimento dos cronogramas estabelecidos e a conformidade com os requisitos técnicos, operacionais, ambientais e de segurança. Atua como referência técnica operacional da equipe de inspeção, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de conservação e para a adequada manutenção da infraestrutura rodoviária.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInspecionar e acompanhar atividades de conservação de maior complexidade técnica.Consolidar informações operacionais e elaborar relatórios técnicos para apoio à gestão.Analisar indicadores relacionados às atividades de conservação e manutenção.Apoiar o planejamento e acompanhamento dos cronogramas de conservação preventiva, corretiva e emergencial.Fiscalizar contratos e serviços executados por terceiros, garantindo conformidade técnica e documental.Monitorar a execução dos Termos de Registro de Ocorrência e Verificador Independente (TRO e VRI), e demais documentos operacionais.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções técnicas para aumento da eficiência operacional.Apoiar a integração operacional de novos integrantes.Atuar como referência técnica para os Inspetores I e II.Realizar inspeções relacionadas à qualidade dos serviços executados.Apoiar a gestão com análises técnicas, informações de campo e recomendações operacionais.Verificar a conformidade dos serviços com normas técnicas, requisitos de segurança e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.Monitorar desvios operacionais, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de conservação rodoviária.Elaborar cronograma para acompanhamento das atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE É INDISPENSÁVEL PARA O CARGOEnsino Médio Completo;Curso Técnico em Edificações ou áreas correlatas;Possuir CNH B, direção defensiva e disponibilidade para viagens, conforme necessidade da operação;Conhecimento em conservação e manutenção rodoviária;Conhecimento em pavimentação, drenagem e sinalização;Conhecimento em processos de fundações, terraplenagem e concretagem;Conhecimento em fiscalização de serviços executados por terceiros;Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios técnicos e fotográficos;Conhecimento em inspeções operacionais e avaliação de qualidade;Conhecimento das ferramentas do Pacote Office.SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO UM DIFERENCIALConhecimento em indicadores operacionais;Conhecimento em controle de qualidade aplicado à conservação rodoviária;Conhecimento em interpretação de documentação operacional;Interpretação de projetos;Conhecimento em normas técnicas DNIT, ABNT, CONTRAN e NBR.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação;Plano de Saúde extensivo aos dependentes;Plano odontológico extensivo aos dependentes;Seguro de vida;Auxilio creche;PLR;Plano de Previdência Privada;Day-Off;Auxílio Academia;Convênio com Instituições de Ensino Médio (EJA), Superior e Pós-Graduação;Convênio Escola de Idioma (Inglês);Convênio Farmacêutico;Atendimento Psicológico;Programa de Indicação Premiada.
