Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter Event- und Messeorganisation (w/m/d) in Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Tasks

* Mitarbeit sowie selbständige Übernahme von Aufgaben bei der Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen wie Seminaren, Workshops, Messen und Hausmessen einschließlich Vor- und Nachbereitung

* Recherche, Angebotseinholung und Auswahl externer Dienstleister:innen

* Unterstützung bei Messekonzeption und -management im Rahmen von großen nationalen und internationalen Messen (z.B. IFFA, Alles für den Gast...)

Skills

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännischen Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HLW, Lehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)

* Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Seminar-, Event- oder Messeorganisation, Kenntnisse im Bereich Veranstaltungstechnik vorteilhaft

* Bereitschaft zur laufenden Weiterbildung und - entwicklung

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Grafik und Design wünschenswert (z.B. Adobe Indesign Kenntnisse)

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

* Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Projektfokus und hoher Serviceorientierung

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenendeinsätzen im Raum DACH (ca. 5-10 %)
