Description: Novel is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the Human Resources function within the organization. Key Responsibilities The HR Administrator will support the Human Resources function by carrying out a wide range of administrative and operational activities, including but not limited to: Assist in recruitment and hiring processes. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and up to date. Monitor attendance, leave requests, and employee documentation. Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures. Skills & Knowledge Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–1 years of experience in Human Resources. Saudi National. Not currently registered with GOSI. Has not previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
