NOVENCO Building & Industry udvikler energieffektive ventilationsløsninger til industrielle og kommercielle kunder over hele verden. For at understøtte vores eksisterende produktportefølje og stigende efterspørgsel efter kundetilpassede løsninger søger vi en teknisk stærk og struktureret Konstruktionsmedarbejder til Engineering teamet. Her får du en central rolle i at vedligeholde og optimere vores produkter samt omsætte kundekrav til produktionsklare løsninger, der skaber værdi for både kunder og produktion.

Din Indflydelse

  • Vedligeholde og forbedre eksisterende produktfamilier gennem analyser, design reviews og produktoptimeringer.
  • Udarbejde og opdatere teknisk dokumentation, tegninger og produktionsgrundlag i Inventor, AutoCAD og Vault.
  • Gennemføre Engineering-to-Order (ETO) opgaver fra design review til frigivelse af produktionsgrundlag.
  • Understøtte produktionen ved teknisk fejlfinding, dokumentopdateringer og håndtering af engineering changes.
  • Bidrage til cost-down initiativer og produktforbedringer, der styrker kvalitet, effektivitet og konkurrenceevne.

Hvad Skaber Succes i Rollen

  • Teknisk uddannelse som ingeniør, produktionsteknolog, maskinmester eller lignende.
  • Erfaring med konstruktion, produktionsgrundlag og teknisk dokumentation i en produktionsvirksomhed.
  • Kendskab til Engineering-to-Order processer og produktoptimering.
  • Erfaring med ERP-systemer samt dokumentstyring og frigivelsesprocesser.
  • Praktisk erfaring med Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD og Vault.
  • En analytisk, struktureret og løsningsorienteret tilgang kombineret med gode samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk.
