The posting

Somos una empresa en el sector blockchain (nos especializamos en análisis de datos). Estamos basados en EEUU (con representante en Uruguay) y estamos buscando contratar de forma directa a un desarrollador / developer, con nivel de experiencia de intermedio a avanzado.

El candidato ideal es un .NET software engineer con al menos 2 años de experiencia, y nivel avanzado de inglés (excluyente).

La empresa ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar remotamente con un equipo de ingenieros distribuido entre EEUU y Europa, en contacto directo con ejecutivos, y con posibilidades reales de ascender en una startup que está creciendo rápidamente.

El ambiente de trabajo es informal y relajado. No hay horarios fijos de trabajo, y la política de time-off es flexible (se incluyen vacaciones pagas).

También ofrecemos ayuda administrativa y financiera para que puedas establecerte como unipersonal en Uruguay (en caso que ya no lo seas), y facture directos hacia EEUU, con mínimos costos impositivos y cumpliendo todos los requisitos legales.

La primer ronda de entrevistas se realizará por Zoom. Durante la entrevista se testeará el nivel de inglés del aplicante. Es excluyente poder mantener conversaciones técnicas en inglés.

La compensación se ajustará al perfil del aplicante, pero será siempre competitiva, ofreciendo también las ya mencionadas asistencias a nivel administrativo, así como otros beneficios.

Aparte de .NET / C#, otras tecnologías donde se valorará conocimiento / experiencia:

  • DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, Azure)
  • Python
  • React / Typescript
  • NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, Mongo)
  • Conocimientos generales o específicos a tecnologías blockchain, particularmente blockchains de smart contracts (Ethereum y similares)

La empresa desarrolla software que analiza datos proveniente de varios blockchains (como Ethereum), pero no es necesario estar familiarizado con este mundo. Se ofrecerá training para todo desarrollador que se una al equipo, para que puedan entender mejor la industria en la que trabajamos, y puedan involucrarse en proyectos más complejos y sofisticados.
