Responsable Supply Chain

Votre mission

Rattaché·e à la Direction générale, vous pilotez l'ensemble des flux Supply Chain, des approvisionnements à la livraison des produits finis. Vous jouez un rôle central et opérationnel dans la coordination des opérations, l'optimisation des ressources et l'amélioration continue de notre performance industrielle.

Vos responsabilités

* Piloter la planification et l'ordonnancement de la production, en anticipant les besoins, les capacités et les priorités.

* Coordonner les flux avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles, afin de garantir le respect des engagements clients.

* Optimiser les stocks et les approvisionnements, tout en supervisant les flux logistiques, de la réception à l'expédition.

* Gérer les relations fournisseurs et la sous\-traitance, en veillant à la fiabilité des approvisionnements et à la maîtrise des coûts.

* Encadrer et accompagner votre équipe, en favorisant la collaboration, l'autonomie et le développement des compétences.

* Piloter les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et déployer des actions d'amélioration continue pour optimiser les processus et les flux.

Votre profil

* Formation supérieure en Supply Chain, logistique, génie industriel ou gestion de production, ou parcours équivalent.

* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en environnement industriel exigeant.

* Solide maîtrise de la planification, des approvisionnements et de la gestion des flux de production.

* Bonne maîtrise des outils ERP (idéalement Microsoft Dynamics 365\), d'Excel et des indicateurs de performance.

* Leadership naturel, esprit analytique et capacité à fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs communs.

* Personnalité pragmatique, organisée et réactive, avec un réel goût pour le terrain et la recherche de solutions.
