Location - Hilleroed

Contract: Temporary position – 1-year fixed-term contract.

Your impact begins here

As Advanced IT System Management Professional, you will keep the IT Systems and Computerized Equipment behind Materials & Device Analytics QC reliable, compliant and fit for purpose. Over one year, you will drive continuous improvement, keep compliance documentation current and give laboratory users a clear point of contact. Your work helps ensure our global production sites have the materials they need to operate efficiently and meet patient demand.

What you’ll bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT System or Computerized Equipment management.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach and a clear focus on quality.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a collaborative way of supporting colleagues.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Useful, but not essential:

Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated industry.

What you’ll do

You will hold a key role in IT governance and compliance for a portfolio of IT Systems and Computerized Equipment within Materials & Device Analytics QC, driving continuous improvement as you go.

  • Support life cycle management and contribute to smaller projects, so IT Systems and Computerized Equipment remain compliant with all applicable requirements.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), keeping them accurate, up to date and easy to access.
  • Act as a technical resource in implementation projects and share your knowledge across the team.
  • Align and manage stakeholder and user expectations for IT Systems and Computerized Equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local users, Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners and Quality Assurance (QA).

Who you’ll work with

You will join Sourcing LABS IT, part of Computerised Laboratory Systems in the Laboratory, Planning & Eco-systems area. We are the IT and systems partner for the Materials & Device Analytics QC laboratories and GMP Materials Analytical Science & Technology. Together, these areas cover raw materials, devices, primary and printed packaging, specifications and quality control prior to production release.

You will be part of a team of nine colleagues in Denmark, supported by three Compliance Supporters in Brazil, so close cross-border collaboration is part of everyday work. Your closest partners will be local users, Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners and QA. The position is based in Hillerød, Denmark. You will have broad ownership and the opportunity to influence how laboratory technologies are implemented and used across multiple sites.

What you can expect here

You will join a collaborative team that values expertise and invests in professional development. You will be trusted to take ownership, make your voice heard and grow your skills through hands-on project work and knowledge sharing with colleagues in Denmark and Brazil.

This is a 1-year fixed-term position.

Salary

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
