Your impact begins here

As Associate Director, PMO, you will help turn strategic priorities into focused investments and successful execution. You will create transparency across our project portfolio, strengthen the way we prioritise, plan and follow performance, and help establish a scalable approach to deployment across sites. Working closely with leadership and teams in Denmark and India, you will connect strategy, portfolio decisions and operational delivery.

What you'll bring

You combine strong portfolio and project management capabilities with strategic thinking, business acumen and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. You know how to create structure in a complex environment while bringing people together around common priorities.

  • A relevant master’s degree in business, engineering, technology, data, economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience, including portfolio management and leadership support.
  • Strong project and portfolio management capabilities, including experience with budgets, prioritisation, resource allocation, risks, dependencies and performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting organizational development, strategic deployment, and the establishment of structured ways of working.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and facilitate across functions and locations.
  • A self-motivated and structured approach, combined with strong coordination skills and experience communicating and collaborating with external vendors.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive the project portfolio management process, connecting portfolio priorities and investment decisions with strategic and business objectives.
  • Create clear visibility of portfolio health, including budgets, financial performance, resource allocation, execution progress, risks and dependencies, enabling timely leadership decisions.
  • Partner closely with the Deployment Manager to establish and continuously improve common deployment standards, governance, processes and ways of working across sites.
  • Translate lessons from deployments into reusable practices, helping make execution more consistent, predictable and scalable while maintaining appropriate flexibility for different business needs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to department leadership, translating strategic objectives into concrete priorities and execution plans, and contribute to strategic initiatives including the development and implementation of the organisation’s AI strategy and AI initiatives portfolio.
  • Strengthen collaboration across Denmark and India and work with project, deployment, architecture, product, business and external partners to align priorities, capabilities and delivery.
  • Own and drive internal and external stakeholders' governance including vendor management.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
