Job Title: AI Product Manager

Department: Commercial Data & AI Solutions, Enterprise IT & Quality

Location: Ballerup

Your impact begins here

As AI Product Manager, you will turn complex commercial business challenges into data, analytics and AI products that deliver measurable value. You will be the bridge between Commercial leaders and Data & AI delivery teams, shaping and prioritising high-value initiatives and leading them from idea to adoption. As we build the capabilities our commercial business needs in a fast-moving data and AI landscape, your work will accelerate time-to-value and turn AI investment into real progress.

What you’ll bring

You combine commercial business understanding with hands-on experience of delivering Data & AI initiatives at scale. You will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional Data & AI initiatives, including 2+ years in consulting, AI transformation, AI delivery, analytics, product management or programme leadership.
  • Experience delivering Data, Analytics, Machine Learning or Generative AI products, and developing enterprise-scale data strategies and AI roadmaps.
  • A track record of partnering with senior executives and business leaders, and influencing strategic decisions through data science and analytics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams – data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, product and operations – and with external vendors.
  • The ability to provide clear, forward-looking leadership for AI product development.
  • Strong awareness of ethical and Responsible AI practices.

Useful, but not essential:

  • A master’s degree, MBA or equivalent.

What you’ll do

You will own the full lifecycle of AI, analytics and data products – from discovery and business case to deployment, adoption and value realisation – while helping the business build its own AI capability.

  • Partner with Commercial leaders to identify, pressure-test and scope business challenges into actionable AI and advanced analytics initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor on opportunities, risks and implementation approaches.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives: lead use case discovery, prioritisation and business case development, and define the KPIs, success metrics and value realisation plans that show what is working.
  • Lead complex AI transformation initiatives across business units, translating business requirements into technical concepts, roadmaps and architectures, and running workshops on problem framing, design and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive adoption through change management, executive-level updates and close stakeholder engagement, making sure products are embedded into everyday business processes.
  • Establish governance for AI delivery and ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles, data privacy, compliance, security and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Coach team members and business stakeholders to raise AI literacy, promote reusable frameworks, and track emerging AI and Generative AI trends to identify new opportunities for value.

Who you’ll work with

You will join a newly forming team of AI Product Managers in Commercial Data & AI Solutions, part of Enterprise IT & Quality. Colleagues in Enterprise IT & Quality work across the Novo value chain, staying close to stakeholders and helping deliver trusted technology and responsible ways of working.

Your closest partners will be senior leaders and decision-makers across Commercial functions. You will act as the primary liaison between them and technical teams, including Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform and Architecture, as well as EAI functions, external vendors, consulting organisations and strategic technology partners.

By creating clarity around objectives, scope, timelines and expected outcomes, you will help business and technical teams decide faster and move forward together.

What you can expect here

You will be part of building something new: a team that shapes how AI creates value across our commercial business. Your expertise will be heard, and you will be trusted to own decisions, follow through and speak up when things stall.

The role puts you close to emerging AI and Generative AI technologies, while you grow through cross-functional work with senior leaders, technical experts and external partners. We set clear expectations, value honest feedback and recognise results – so you can perform, grow and thrive.

Salary

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 847,000.00 to 1,245,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
