Working with NovoScribe, Novo’s automated authoring platform, you will drive document processes and deliver high-quality regulatory content through automation and structured authoring. Your work will help accelerate the adoption of content automation, strengthen content quality and shape how complex scientific information is communicated across clinical development.

What you’ll bring

You enjoy combining scientific expertise with innovation, technology and collaboration. You thrive in a dynamic environment, take ownership of your work and are motivated by improving how complex scientific information is communicated. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • An MSc degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine or a related scientific discipline.
  • Excellent written English, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and accurately.
  • The ability to improve processes and promote the sharing of better practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • Enjoyment in challenging established ways of working and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that create meaningful business impact.

What you’ll do

You will be an integral part of a team leading the way in automated document creation. The team works where regulatory content and technology meet, focusing on content, efficient document workflows, consistency, operational implementation and the continuous optimisation of NovoScribe. You will:

  • Drive the development of regulatory documents in line with established guidelines and SOPs.
  • Plan content creation and set timelines for document production and review.
  • Evaluate documents for coherence, precision, scientific rigour, and consistent information and messaging.
  • Maintain and expand the text library in the database, and provide input to improve the database.
  • Actively improve best practices and innovate the way we work.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of essential regulatory, scientific, and medical subjects pertinent to drug development, designated products, and specific disease/therapeutic domains.

Who you’ll work with

You will join Content Innovation & Management within Clinical Reporting, a globally connected organisation that advances how scientific and regulatory content is created, managed, standardised and delivered. The team works across multiple functions and geographies to drive innovation, strengthen content quality and support the clinical development value chain through modern digital tools and ways of working.

In Research & Development, colleagues explore bold scientific ideas and advance them into clinical testing, combining curiosity, AI tools and human data. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes, content libraries and digital tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
