The posting

# Your impact begins here

As a Technical Supporter, you will take responsibility for resolving technical challenges and ensuring that equipment within Wash & Sterilisation operates reliably. Working closely with skilled workers and production operators, you will combine daily technical support and troubleshooting with driving change requests, validation activities and improvements. You will work independently, take ownership of your tasks and coordinate solutions across disciplines to support stable production and capacity expansion.

# What you’ll bring

You combine a relevant technical or scientific background with curiosity, ownership and a structured approach to problem-solving. Experience from pharmaceutical or another highly regulated environment is valuable, but we also welcome applications from newly graduated candidates.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific field, such as mechanical engineering, marine engineering, automation engineering or similar.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of optimising automated processes and a structured approach to solving technical problems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferably, experience with aseptic production and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), or experience from another highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP, programmable logic controllers (PLC) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems is an advantage.
  • A responsible and goal-oriented working style, with the willingness to take the technical lead, challenge existing solutions constructively and follow tasks through to completion. You can manage deadlines, maintain an overview and coordinate activities across professional disciplines.

# What you’ll do

  • Take responsibility for ensuring that equipment within Wash & Sterilisation operates as required and supports reliable production.
  • Provide and coordinate daily technical support for skilled workers and production operators, working closely with them to resolve equipment and process issues.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, including during shutdowns and breakdowns, and drive systematic problem-solving with relevant colleagues.
  • Support capacity expansion and contribute to systematic technical problem-solving.
  • Create and drive change requests and validation activities, and implement technical improvements from problem identification through to completion.
  • Communicate daily with stakeholders across the organisation, coordinate technical activities and follow up on agreed actions while managing several tasks and priorities.

# Who you’ll work with

You will join the Formulation, Wash & Sterilisation area within Drug Product Manufacturing in Kalundborg. The area supplies washed and sterilised equipment for the subsequent production steps. The team consists of 14 colleagues: 8 skilled workers responsible for equipment maintenance in Formulation and Wash & Sterilisation and 6 technical supporters providing daily support to skilled workers and production operators, as well as working with equipment and process validation.

You will work across disciplines with operators, skilled workers, technical supporters and colleagues in other departments. The environment is busy and collaborative, with an emphasis on trust, mutual respect and solving technical challenges together.

# What you can expect here

You can expect significant individual responsibility and the opportunity to take the lead on technical tasks while drawing on the knowledge of your colleagues. Your work will combine troubleshooting and daily production support with validation, capacity expansion and improvements. You will develop your understanding of equipment and processes in a regulated production environment and see how your solutions contribute to reliable production.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
