Créée en 1974, l’entreprise compte désormais 50 magasins en Ile de France et ses environs ; magasins dans lesquels l’esprit d’équipe et le dynamisme sont au rendez-vous.

Missions

Afin d’offrir la meilleure qualité de service pour nos clients, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Magasin, vous devrez :

  • Assurer la préparation, la présentation des plats, et le service à la clientèle, tout en veillant à la qualité des produits mis en vente.
  • Effectuer l'ensemble des tâches nécessaires à la transformation des carcasses, passant de gros morceaux de coupe à des présentations en morceaux de détail en vue de la vente.
  • Contribuer à l’approvisionnement et le réassort du rayon traditionnel boucherie en adaptant la production afin de répondre à la demande clientèle.
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients en mettant en avant les produits et en étant capable de fournir une information objective sur le choix des morceaux et leur préparation culinaire.

  • Organisé,
  • Avec des connaissances sur les produits, leur transformation et les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité,
  • Disposé d’un véritable savoir-faire artisanal avec le sens du partage,
  • Ayant des compétences culinaires,
  • Faisant preuve d'esprit d'équipe,
  • Rigoureux et autonome,
  • Avec des qualités relationnelles.
