Om uppdraget Vi söker assistenter till en snart 9årig pojke i Borlänge, du som assistent förväntas att ge stöd i pojkens vardag. Du som assistent är trygg, uppmärksam och lyhörd inför pojkens behov och kommunikation. Som assistent ansvarar du för att bidra till en trygg, strukturerad och begriplig vardag där pojken får möjlighet att utvecklas utifrån sina förutsättningar. I uppdraget ingår bland annat bassängträning, vilket innebär att du som assistent behöver ha god fysisk styrka och vara bekväm med att arbeta aktivt i vatten tillsammans med pojken. Hos pojken prioriteras kunskap och intresse för AKK (Alternativ och Kompletterande Kommunikation). Tidigare erfarenhet är meriterande, men du kommer även att få utbildning och introduktion utifrån uppdragets behov. Arbetet innefattar även hantering av sondmatning, och utbildning ges vid behov. Det är viktigt att du behärskar svenska väl i både tal och skrift för att kunna kommunicera med pojken, familjen och övriga kontakter samt för att kunna dokumentera. Du får introduktion samt fortlöpande kompetensutveckling utifrån uppdragets behov. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig med personlig lämplighet för uppdraget. Det innebär att du är:

Personkemin mellan dig, pojken och familjen är mycket viktig och därför lägger vi stor vikt vid din personlighet i rekryteringen. Tidigare erfarenhet av personlig assistans, arbete med barn, AKK eller vård och omsorg är meriterande men inget krav – rätt personlighet och engagemang är viktigast. Du som assistent förväntas utföra dina arbetsuppgifter där uppdragsgivaren för stunden befinner sig. Som en del av Novum Assistans är du delaktig som medarbetare genom regelbundna arbetsplatsträffar där utveckling av uppdragen sker. Vi som assistansbolag skapar förutsättningar för de uppgifter som assistansen kräver, i fortlöpande kompetensutveckling utifrån behov i uppdraget. Du som assistent får därmed möjlighet till personlig utveckling både som individ och i din yrkesroll som personlig assistent. Anställningsform: Timanställning. Arbetstider: Eftermiddagar/kväll samt dagtid under helger och skollov. Du behöver ha ett giltigt BankID och vara beredd att använda detta i tjänsten.
